Alexandrina Jay, OBE is a British social worker and academic. She is chair of the Independent Inquiry into Child Sexual Abuse (IICSA), a visiting professor at the University of Strathclyde and the independent chair of the Centre for Excellence for Looked After Children in Scotland (CELCIS).
Jay is a former senior social worker. She was previously chief social work adviser to the Scottish Government and a former president of the Association of Directors of Social Work.

Katarina Ivankovi? Kneževi? holds a degree from the Faculty of Law, University of Zagreb and has a number of years of relevant experience in the Government of the Republic of Croatia. She also worked in the Ministry of Economy, Labour and Entrepreneurship as Director and Head of Department for the Preparation and Management of EU programmes and projects.

Christian Bodewig is the Program Manager of the Sahel Adaptive Social Protection Program (ASPP) at the World Bank which supports design and implementation of programs and policies in six Sahel countries to help poor and vulnerable households build resilience and reduce the impact of climatic change and other shocks. He is based in Washington, DC. Prior to his current engagement, he was the Program Manager for Southern Europe at the World Bank in Brussels where he oversaw the Bank’s operational, advisory and analytical programs in Greece, Cyprus, Italy and Portugal.

Christian Fillet is vice general director of the city of Bruges in Belgium and Chair of the European Social Network. He is also responsible for all social services and nine local public welfare associations in Bruges covering services for children, disabled people, elderly, and youth. He also sits on the Board of EXELLO, the Flemish association of city directors.

John Bowis, OBE is the President of Health First Europe and chairman of the Health Advisory Board, GSK. He also serves as special advisor for Environmental and Health Policy at FIPR, addressing sustainable policy change at the intersection of public and private interests. John is a former MEP (1999-09) and Member of British Parliament (1987-97). A graduate of Oxford University, John served as a London Borough Councillor & Chairman of Education and later became MP for Battersea. He went on to serve two terms in the UK Government as Minister for Health (1992-1996) and Minister for Transport (1996-1997), after which he worked as international policy advisor for the World Health Organisation, before being elected to the European Parliament (1999-2009)

Marie-Automne Thepot is in charge of social innovation for the City of Paris. Her current field of intervention is wide : social inclusion, housing, refugees integration, ageing &handicap and youth protection (DASES). She has worked for various local authorities, for a national network for social policies (UNCCAS) and for a national Lab on social experimentation for youth inclusion (FEJ). She was previously social inclusion adviser for French governement.

Olivier Thévenon is social policy analyst at the OECD with a specialisation in child and family policies. He is currently coordinating OECD work on child well-being and child poverty, and leading a project on family support services. He is also a member of the French Haut Conseil de la Famille, which advises the government on reforms to be undertaken in the area of family and child policies. Olivier has contributed to analyses of child poverty, fertility behaviour, family and child policies, work-family flexible arrangements, female employment and the living conditions of the elderly. Prior to joining the OECD, Olivier was researcher at the INED (French Institute for Demographic Studies), and Co-Head of the Research Unit on Economic Demography.

Martin Klein is the Global Vice President and Head of the Industry Business Unit for Public Sector at SAP. He is responsible for SAP´s end-to-end footprint in the Public Sector business, driving the company’s overall strategy for this industry, overseeing the global business in the sector, directing product and solution roadmaps, and leading go to market activities.Martin joined SAP in 2002 and has served in several senior management roles in business development, corporate strategy and business operations. Before joining SAP he worked in consulting and business development with Gemini Consulting and Lufthansa. He holds a master’s degree in business administration and a doctorate in technology management from the University of Mannheim, incorporating studies in the UK, Norway and the US. Martin is based in Heidelberg, Germany.

In addition to being the Head of EU Affairs of Edenred which operates in more than 40 countries worldwide, Delphine Chilese-Lemarinier has successively experiences positions within private, public and NGOs entities acting as Project manager and Editor for the Jean Monnet Association (1999-2002), Project Officer on the private office of the French European Affairs Minister (2004-2007) and Senior Consultant for Publicis Consultants (2007-2010). Delphine Chilese-Lemarinier graduated in Political Sciences (Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Grenoble, 1999) and additionally get specialised in communication (DEA Paris IX Dauphine, 2001) and in European Policies (Institut d’Etudes Européennes in Bruxelles, 2003).

Gaurav Gujral is the global managing director for industry consulting and the digital innovation lead for employment and social services within Accenture. He has over 15 years of experience within the consulting industry and has built a repertoire of skills covering policy evaluation, government transformation, digital government, strategy and operating model design, service and customer innovation. Gaurav served as director of Accenture's ``Delivering Public Service for the Future`` initiative from 2011-2016 and led the partnership with the European Centre for Government Transformation, a think-tank and innovation platform founded by Accenture, the Lisbon Council and the College of Europe.
