I have been shortlisted, what do I do next?
To be eligible to win an award, shortlisted applicant organisations must register a minimum of two representatives to attend the ceremony.

I was not shortlisted this year, can I still attend the Awards Ceremony?
Yes, the Awards Ceremony is open to everyone to attend.
Where and what time is the Awards Ceremony taking place?
The Awards Ceremony will take place at the Pavilhão do Conhecimento in Lisbon, Portugal over two half days on 4-5 November 2024.

How much is the attendance fee?
Attendance fee includes the Awards Ceremony, three-course dinner and drinks, second-day networking event with coffee and lunch.
- ESN Members – €135
- Non-ESN Members* – €175
- Non-ESN Members (Private Companies) – €250
- Reduced delegate rate** – €95
- Local fee for Portuguese organisations (non-private organisations) – €115 EUR
* Public Administration/NGO/third sector organisation/Voluntary sector/University/Research organisation
** The reduced rate includes participants from the following countries: Croatia, Albania, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Montenegro, Serbia, Ukraine, Bulgaria, Romania, Kosovo.
Do I need to book my own hotel and travel?
Attendees need to book their own hotel and travel.

Can I cancel my registration for the Awards Ceremony?
It is always possible to replace your registration with someone else, free of charge.
Cancellations before Friday 18 October will receive a refund minus a 15% administration charge.
For cancellations after Friday 18 October, no refund is possible.

Will there be interpretation at the Awards Ceremony?
There will be English-Portuguese simultaneous interpretation available during the Awards Ceremony on 4 November and the Panel discussion on day 2 (5 November).
What is the deadline to pay my attendance fee?
You will receive your contribution request for the delegate fee after your registration to the ceremony. Please, ensure you pay your contribution request within the indicated due date.
