In order to be eligible to win an award, shortlisted applicant organisations must register a minimum of two representatives per organisation to attend the ceremony.

Yes, the Awards Ceremony is open to everyone to attend.
The Awards Ceremony will take place at the Hotel Miramar in Malaga, Spain over the course of two half days on 17-18 November 2022.

64 euro: ESN Members
114 euro: Non-Members
Attendance fee includes the Awards Ceremony, three-course dinner and drinks, second-day networking event with coffee and lunch
Spaces for Day 2 are limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
You will receive your contribution request for the delegate fee after your registration to the ceremony. Please, ensure you pay your contribution request within the indicated due date. If you are unable to do so, please contact the ESN team at firstname.lastname@example.org
Attendees need to book their own hotel and travel.
A special rate of 150 EUR for a double room for individual use including bed and breakfast has been negotiated with the AC Hotel Malaga Palacio by Marriott. This hotel is located 15 minutes’ walk from the venue for the Awards ceremony, Miramar Palace.
In order to access the special rates you must mention “ESSA2022”. The special rate is valid until November 2nd.
